Joel and allstate (at his office) really helped me get my rates down to a very comfortable level. Which, if you live in Michigan, especially crime rich neighborhoods, you know my pain... With him and his staff's help, and suggestions, and patience, with respect to my ten million questions, I finally feel like this is the right insurance company for me. I have home and 2 auto policies with allstate, I called at least 6 different insurance companies, as I always shop around, and none of them were even close! Switching to allstate, at his office, literally saved me enough money to take my kids out to the movies once a month.
